It’s easy to order with us as following steps

| Step 1 |
Select LOGIN, or REGISTER if you haven’t registered with us yet. |
| Step 2 |
Select the product and its subcategories (Rings, Earrings, Necklaces, etc.) which appear at the left-hand side of the screen. |
| Step 3 |
Choose the items that you are interested, and click DETAILS. |
| Step 4 |
Fill out the quantity you’d like to order (Minimum is 30 pieces per design), and click ADD to CART (For the Rings order, you also have to fill out the quantity for the size you’d like to order). |
| Step 5 |
Click BACK to view/ select more products, and do the same as step 3 and 4 to add your order. |
| Step 6 |
Once you are already finished ordering, click MY CART to check out. |
| Step 7 |
Check your order, here you can change your quantity, delete or keep it. |
| Step 8 |
Click SUBMIT to complete your order. Then you will find your order confirmation number and the total price. |
| Step 9 |
We will send the pro-forma invoice, also with the payment details for 30% deposit to you within two business days. |
Your order has been completed, we will receive your order and will contact with you by e-mail as soon as possible. If you don’t get the confirmation from us within 48 hours, please e-mail to sales@hengandsons.com |

We request a 30% deposit to be transferred into our bank account after the order is confirmed; the remaining balance is required before the order is shipped. |

Payment will be made by wire transfer to our bank account. |

Customer is responsible for all the bank transaction fees. |

Please mention your order number with any payment. This helps us to relate your payment with your open orders. |

After transfer payment, please fax the bank transaction receipt to us after making the transfer. |

Full payment is required before we ship your order. |

Merchandises will be replaced or repaired by Heng and Sons only when the items are flawed during production by our side. |
